When will I receive my order?

Most shipments in Europe are delivered within 3-5 working days. If the dispatch takes longer than planned, we will inform you immediately.

I am missing some products in my order, how is this possible?

As we work with different suppliers, it is possible that the products

are dispatched separately. If items are missing from your order, we will ask you to

What are the shipping costs?

We are responsible for the shipping cost of the order.

*Sometimes we give away some FREE items as a promotion. We charge €6.95 for shipping to cover the costs.

Exchanges and returns

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Yes, you can return any order, provided it is undamaged and unused, within 14 days without giving any reason.
