When will I receive my order?
Most shipments in Europe are delivered within 3-5 working days. If the dispatch takes longer than planned, we will inform you immediately.

Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time.

I need to cancel/change something on my order. How can I do this?
No problem—we understand that mistakes can happen! Our team processes and ship orders very quickly, often within one business day for in-stock items. To avoid any delays or issues, we offer a 2 hour window after placing your order where you can request changes or cancellations without any fees.

Once the parcel has been processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make any changes.
I am missing some products in my order, how is this possible?
Sometimes it is possible that products will arrive separately, because our team works in different warehouses.
If any items are missing from your order, please wait 2-3 before contacting us. Most probably the rest of the items will arrive within these days. If the rest of the items are not there within 3-4 days, please contact us thru email.

What are the shipping costs?
We are responsible for the shipping cost of the order.
*Sometimes we give away some FREE items as a promotion. We charge €6.95 for shipping to cover the costs.
Exchanges and returns
I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Yes, you can return any order, provided it is undamaged and unused, within 14 days without giving any reason.
